Girl Scout Center Closed Tuesday, May 26, 2015

Due to flooding in the Houston area and school district closings, the Girl Scout Center and Program Place for Girls will be closed Tuesday, May 26, 2015. All outlying offices have been asked to follow their local school district's closures - please call an outlying office or Girl Scout Shop before making a trip today.

Annual Survey: Share your feedback

Girls and adults, GSSJC wants your feedback! Participate in our Annual Survey to share your thoughts on your experience in Girl Scouts this past year now through June 30.

Girls who complete the survey are eligible for a patch and will receive a code that can be redeemed in a Council shop. Patches will be available in early May.

Girl Scouts awards $30,000 in scholarships to 24 Houston area students

The Emerald Circle of the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council (GSSJC) awarded $30,000 in scholarships to 24 Houston-area students at its annual Gold Award Merit Scholarship presentation on April 12. The merit-based scholarships are awarded only to Girl Scouts who have earned the Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting.
