This group is for girls who want to have fun, learn, and teach! Girls plan their activities for the year and organize events that other Girl Scouts attend. The group also takes trips to discover the world around them - and beyond! This great opportunity helps girls develop leadership skills and learn about themselves while becoming more acquainted with science and the field of astronomy.
  • The Astronomy Special Interest Group is a year-round activity that meets monthly. This signup is for the 16/17 membership year. In August or September, a new signup will be posted for the 17/18 membership year.
    • If a girl is participating during September '16 - July '17, she should sign up here. If she plans to ONLY participate in August '17 and on, she should wait until next year's signup is posted. However, this may keep her from facilitating Space Out with the rest of the group.
