Sunfish Skipper
This class will enhance training and sailing ability for those Mariners who have completed previous rating and service hours.  The Performance Sailing theory rating will further enhance the principles of sailing and its components.  You will learn more about navigation and weather, as well as charting a course which will be one challenge.  While earning Sunfish Skipper, you will expand your sailing skills as well as developed good helmsmanship.  Learning to sail a Marconi rigged boat or small sloop with just the main sail will give the Sunfish Skipper a new experience.

Overnight accommodation for participants is dependent upon the availability of adult volunteers.  4-8 adult form chaperones are required.  Please contact sailing.coordinator@gmail.com for more information.
