Come learn and explore the fascinating world of trees! The girls will take a tour and go back in time to learn about the importance of trees and the forest industry at the Texas Forestry Museum. Then they’ll participate in several activities to discover the parts of a tree, how to identify six different types of trees, and determine the age of a tree.

Note: Registration Fee includes “Tree Treasures�? patch, wear weather appropriate clothes and closed-toed shoes. The workshop includes indoor and outdoor activities so please bring sunscreen and water. Workshops are rain or shine.Adults are free and do not need to register, but they do need to attend to chaperone their girls.
