Camp Buddies

Making new friends at camp is fun and exciting, but some girls enjoy attending with a "buddy." When registering online, include your camper's buddy choice on each session's additional information section prior to processing payment. When registering on paper, both campers' registration forms must be mailed in the same envelope or girls will not be placed as buddies.

Check in and Check out

The check in and check out times are as follows, unless otherwise noted:

If the session starts on:

• Sunday Check in is 2-4 p.m.
• Wednesday Check in is 10-11 a.m.

If the session ends on:

• Tuesday Check out is 7:30-8:30 p.m.
• Friday Check out is 7-9 p.m.

You will need to bring all of your check in forms with you to camp. Please do not send forms to Council. The forms you will need to bring to camp will be noted in your confirmation document or email.

Some sessions will have alternate check in and check out days and times. Please check your confirmation packets.

Please do not bring pets to check in or check out.

Expected Camper Behavior

Campers exhibiting inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: biting, hitting, bullying, using excessive profanity, refusing to participate in program, not following staff directions, or creating an unsafe environment, will have their parents/guardians called to pick up them up immediately with no refund.

Girls with Disabilities

Girl Scout camp is a recreational and educational program where understanding a camper's special needs in advance helps to ensure a positive experience. We encourage girls with disabilities to attend camp. Call 713-292-0224 to discuss your daughter's needs and how we can best accommodate her stay at camp.

**Please Note:

After registering for Resident Camp, campers may decide to change the sessions they have signed up for. While we do accomodate these changes, there is a $50.00 change fee for each session change.
