Q: I don't know my schedule yet for that day, can I purchase a ticket onsite?
A: At this time we do not have provisions to allow for walk up registration.

Q: What is the deadline to confirm a sponsorship?
A: Confirmed sponsorships received by January 17, 2014 will be recognized in the program and received any advertising opportunities included in that package. Sponsorships received after that date will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis if there is space available.

Q: I want to attend the VIP reception with keystone speaker, Pegine Echevarria. What are the requirements?
A: Sponsorships from the $10,000 level and higher are invited to attend the VIP reception.

Q: I want to recommend someone as a Keynote Speaker, Honoree, or Host Committee member. How can I submit this recommendation?
A: Email Emily Adkison at eadkison@sjgs.org with any event questions or recommendations.

Q: How can I advertise in the event program?
A: Currently only sponsors from the $5,000 level and higher receive advertisements.

Q: I'd like to volunteer for this event. How can I help?
A: For more information regarding volunteering contact eadkison@sjgs.org.

Q: I registered but have not received my tickets yet. When should I expect these?
A: We do not issue physical tickets for this event. You will be able to check in on-site at the event.
