For more than a century, Girl Scouts has been the premier leadership organization for girls, striving to eliminate barriers and create a society in which every girl has the opportunity to achieve her full potential.

We are ushering tomorrow's generation of women leaders while honoring those who have exemplified its mission and values today. The luncheon, our signature fundraising event, honors successful women leaders who have made significant contributions in their communities.

Each year Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council recognizes successful women leaders who have used their success to make a significant difference in the community and the future of girls through our annual fundraising luncheon, Success to Significance.

Proceeds from Success to Significance, support Girl Scout programs that enable more girls to "dream big" and achieve their goals. After all, the girls we lead today will be the leaders we follow tomorrow.
