news_2016

As of today, there have been a few updates to the 2019 Cookie Program all members should be aware of. Troop leaders and troop cookie managers subscribed to GSSJC emails have also received this news in their inbox.

Thank you!
First and foremost, we want to say THANK YOU again for your participation in the 2019 Girl Scout Cookie Program. We truly could not do this without you. Thank you for stepping up to be a troop cookie manager or for supporting your volunteer in your troop, for encouraging your girls to meet their cookie goals and for ALL your hard work. Without you, the world's largest girl-led business would not be possible!

2019 Cookie Program extended to March 31
We heard you. The start of the Cookie Program included rough weather. Some troops had to cancel activities. We are extending this year's Cookie Program by one week, and it will now end on March 31.

With this extension, girls will continue to work towards their goals and earn recognitions, and troops can continue to earn proceeds to fund great Girl Scout activities throughout the year. We will also be providing tips to troops to make a final sales push.

As always, it is up to each troop to decide how they want to participate. Our goal is to make it easy for those troops and girls still trying to reach their goals.

Next ACH draft delayed until March 22
Because we are extending the Cookie Program, our next ACH draft has been rescheduled from Friday, March 15 to Friday, March 22 based on the information in Smart Cookies on Monday, March 18. The final ACH draft will be rescheduled from Friday, April 5 to Friday, April 12.

New promotions!
We will offer two additional promotions for troops and girls who continue selling cookies through March 31. If your troop loves to camp or your girl is dying to get her hands on the new Girl Scout Thin Mint bear, you won't want to miss these - see the flyer for details:
