$12 per adult; $12 per girl
Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors, and adults can spend a fun day at the Girl Scout Center building your large event toolkit. This day is designed especially for all event committee members and workshop presenters for Community, Regions, or Council-wide events. Choose from several workshops for practical, hands on experience at planning and implementing event activities. Workshops will include teaching and leading songs, games, outdoor cooking, campfire, crafts, and flag ceremonies for large groups, as well as event logistics including working with a girl planning board.
Everyone will enjoy the following workshops in two sessions together:
Games - Group games in a variety of environments and group sizes.
Songs - Sing, Sing, Sing - teach and lead songs like a pro.
Each participant will also choose three out of the five remaining workshops (bring your event team to cover all the workshops):
Crafts-Ready, Set, Go-getting ready for event craft workshops
Campfires-Lead campfires for fun and memories
Event Logistics-Parking, moving participants, assigning unites & kapers, promotion, etc.
Outdoor Cooking-Great ideas of how to coordinate Outdoor Cooking Workshops
Ceremonies-Selecting, organizing, and presenting ceremonies for the event. Opening and Closing, Flag Scouts Own, and more.
Bring: Adult Emergency Form and/or Girl Permission Slip and Medical Form
