Congratulations! You have been appointed to one of the
most respected volunteer positions in the Council - a Community
Leadership Team member (CLT). A CLT is a coach, a team leader, a
cheerleader, a supervisor, a sounding board, a mediator, a
planner, and a motivator. Before delegation of the first job or
scheduling of the first meeting, the CLT members MUST attend this
training. The workshop will address specific areas that are
essential to managing a Community and introduce you to the tools
that are necessary for success.
Note:
This will be an in-person training held at the Houston Girl Scout
Center.
