Join the Fall Product Program!
Help your troop kick off the new Girl Scout year with a fun, rewarding opportunity—and earn funds for your activities! Each troop needs a Fall Product manager, and it’s easy to volunteer. Just follow these steps to get started:
✅ Steps to Become a Troop Fall Product Manager:
- Renew or register your Girl Scout membership for 2026 and add the Troop Fall Product Manager role in MyGS.
- Ensure you have a current, approved criminal background check (renewed every three years).
- Review the 2025 Fall Product Volunteer Guide (see guide below) and follow the role guidelines on page 3.
- Make sure your troop has a bank account on file with the council. Troop leaders can submit the Bank Info form via the Online Community. Log in to your myGS account to use the link.
- Complete the GSUSA Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Course on gsLearn.

🔍 Check Your Status
Log in with your MyGS credentials to visit the Fall Product Volunteer Onboarding site to view your account's status, as well as your progress and any pending requirements.
🎉 Already Completed Everything?
Thank you! You should receive a welcome email from M2Media within 24–48 hours. Check your spam and clutter folders just in case. Once received, access M2OS:
After setup, use the Volunteer Onboarding site to verify your girl roster and confirm parent permission forms.
🤝 Stay Connected
Touch base with your Community fall product manager—the roster is available in the Online Community. Use the Fall Product - Troop Group to find everything you need to manage the program.
