Calling All Mariner Adults! Register here to participate in leading and growing our amazing team of Mariner Girls! This event is for Mariner Weekend Aug 14- 16th.
Volunteer Positions Include the following:
Dorm Chaperone (female only) - chaperone the girls while in the dorms; supervise kapers (chores) during the weekend.
Camp Cook (male or female) - Council trained cooks are needed to plan, purchase and prepare food while the girls are at camp.
Cook Helpers (male or female) - Meals are provided for the girls while staying in camp. Helpers are needed to assist our cooks and serve food.
Motorboat Operators (male or female) - Safety boats are always on the water when girls are sailing. Certified adults operate these boats.
Sailing Instructors (male or female) - Certified adults teach the girls the basics of sailing and advanced ratings.
Specialty Coordinators (male or female) - Adults coordinate programs for girls, coordinate publicity, cookie and fall product sales, recognitions and interfacing with the council.
Event Leaders - Supervise check-in and check-out of girls upon arriving and leaving camp. Handle administrative needs for the weekend at camp.

Adult Requirements: to meet Girl Scout safety requirements, we depend on volunteers. All adults must have a current membership and background check and have completed GSUSA Child Abuse Prevention Training. Your help is essential-please consider signing up!
