GRIT (2024-2025 membership year)

Welcome to G.R.I.T. (Girls, Rifles, Instruction & Training) Special Interest Group (SIG)! Participants will have the chance to connect to other Girl Scouts with an interest in riflery. Girls will improve their marksmanship, learn about safety, and have the opportunity to introduce others to this unique sport.

This is a year-round opportunity through monthly meetings and this sign-up represents participation in the group from August 2023-July 2024. Must have completed Intro to Rifle and Rifle Marksmanship and be 12 years of age and in 6^th grade or higher in order to join GRIT.

Registration will be required for each practice or GRIT event. Please check the events page for the most updated list of GRIT practice openings.

Adult Requirements: Adults who wish to help facilitate can sign up through this registration. This event requires active adult participation, so all facilitating adults must have a current membership and background check.

Tagalongs: No tagalongs are allowed at this event.

Wear: weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes with socks that cover the ankle.
