Join us in celebrating the incredible achievements of the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council's 2025 Gold Award Girl Scouts at our annual Gold Award Ceremony at Stafford Civic Center.
 
All 2025 Gold Award Girl Scouts will:
  • Receive their Gold Award certificate, Gold Award pin (if not already picked up), and a special Gold Award gift exclusive to attending Gold Award Ceremony.
  • Take part in the 2025 Gold Award Class photo.
  • Have an opportunity to meet and take pictures with Council VIPs.
  • Explore the exhibits, slide show, and photo booths available from check in to departure.

Special Attendee Details
 
  • 2025 Gold Award Girl Scouts are invited to attend this event for free. Guests of Gold Award Girl Scouts are $20 each.
  • 2025 Bronze and Silver Award Girl Scouts are invited to attend this event at a discounted rate of $10 (non-awardee youth are required to register as a guests) and get inspired to Go Gold! All Bronze and Silver Award Girl Scouts should have appropriate adult supervision. Additional guests are $20 each.
  • Gold Award Project Advisors are invited to attend this event for free by sending an email to goldaward@sjgs.org to confirm their attendance. Please invite your Project Advisor to attend!
 
Registration Instructions
  • Select the session appropriate for the event participant: 2025 Gold Award Girl Scout, 2025 Bronze or Silver Award Girl Scout, or Guest. All non-awardee youth and adults should register as guests.
  • All Bronze and Silver Award Girl Scouts must have appropriate supervision.
  • Guests must provide the name of the girl they are attending with in the "Special Circumstances" section.
  • Guests who are registering themselves and do not have a MYGS account will be required to create an account. They do not need to purchase membership to create an account. Membership is not required to attend this event.
 
Event Details
  • Location: The event is being hosted at Stafford Civic Center at 1415 Constitution Ave, Stafford, TX 77477.
IMPORTANT: There is also a Stafford Center where the event is NOT being held. Do not be confused and go to the wrong location or you may be late for the event. We encourage you to arrive early in case of any confusion.
  • Check In: Check in begins at 1:00 p.m. Please arrive as close to 1:00 p.m. as possible to ensure a smooth check-in process for everyone. 2025 Gold Award Honoree line up will begin at 1:40 p.m. and the Ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m.
  • After the Ceremony: There will be a reception with refreshments after the event ending at 4:30 p.m.
  • What to Wear: Gold Award Girl Scouts are invited to wear their full uniform or a solid color dress, nice shirt and pants, or nice shirt and skirt with their vest or sash. Please note that skirts and dresses are expected to be, at minimum, fingertip length. "Business interview" attire is recommended, although many girls choose to dress up even more.

Tagalongs: Tagalongs are allowed but must register for the event.
