Earn a mental wellness patch during Mental Health Awareness Month in May

activityhub

Are you ready to become resilient, ready, and strong? May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and we have many activities to help Girl Scouts maintain their mental well-being. Throughout the month, girls can participate in our Resilient, Ready, Strong program and earn a mental health patch upon completion.

We deeply care about girls' mental health. Girl Scouts provides girls with a sense of community, and we connect girls with their friends and troop leaders who can help support them. Our Resilient, Ready, Strong Patch program is a great for girls to develop greater social and emotional awareness. Scientists have found that certain activities may life your mood, calm you down when you're stressed, and help you face challenges - and you can do many of these activities at Girl Scouts.

Visit our mental health webpage to choose the activities that call you, and give them a try!
