Council Trip to Costa Rica

The Council trip to Costa Rica is a 10-day travel opportunity for registered Girl Scout Seniors and older at the time of the trip. There will be a designated Council trip representative to coordinate trip activities and to facilitate group decisions. Girls were involved in planning the trip. This trip to Costa Rica is high adventure and suggested for those girls who are interested in outdoor adventures. There will be required meetings for EVERYONE prior to the trip. Cost Includes: Round trip transportation by air, hotel accommodations, all food, activity admissions, Girl Scout insurance, emergency fund, and a GSSJC program fee (the cost of this packet, mailing photos to attendees after the trip, cost to copy forms, long distance phone calls, other administrative/accounting costs).

Note: $100 deposit per person is due no later than June 4th, 2021 to GSSJC and is non-refundable. Once deposit has been made to GSSJC, the rest of the payments will be make directly to the tour company, Explorica. You will receive Explorica link information after registering through GSSJC.

Bring: In addition to luggage, participants will need a Permission Slip and Medical Form or Adult Emergency Form
