Fall Volunteer Conference 2025

FVC2025 is going on Safari! Join us for all of your favorite classes and plenty of new options. This year, we will be once again offer an all-in-one training weekend for new and experienced leaders alike! Come to FVC and get First Aid certified, take your Volunteer Camper Certification (VCC), and participate in a few enrichment courses all in one weekend! This year, we will also offer archery certification on Friday afternoon for those that want to learn a new skill to take back to their own troop! While here you can also visit the Girl Scout shop, exchange S.W.A.P.S., see the goats and chickens at Misty Meadows, meet fellow Girl Scout leaders, and so much more! This is a great chance to meet new volunteer friends, experience our beloved Girl Scout Camps, and get into the outdoors! While here you're sure to find plenty of new tips, tricks and ideas to take back to your own troop.

Mobile Shop: Our Council's Mobile Shop will be available Friday evening and Saturday until after lunch. In addition to inventory specific to adults that is customarily at Mobile Shops, you may purchase girls' badges, program books, and uniform pieces ahead of time and pick them up while at camp. Begin your in-advance order by emailing shop@sjgs.org.

Pricing Information:

Register Early for an "Early Bird Discount" if you register by September 15^th! On September 16^th, the price will increase to $75.

T-shirts can be purchased for an additional $15 and registration for T-shirts closes 1 week earlier than registration.

The price includes: Dessert on Friday, 3 delicious meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday, 2 night of accommodations at camp, all enrichment sessions, besides Adventure Park, First Aid, and VCC which will have an additional charge. This year, there will be no difference in price if you spend the night on Friday and Saturday or come day-only on Saturday.

Please note:

There is an additional charge ($10) for Adventure Park.

There is an additional charge for riflery.

Volunteer Camper Certification is being offered Friday, November 8^th for an additional $35. This is a separate event that must be registered for on gsEvents.

First Aid Certification is being offered in the afternoon of Friday, November 8th and in the morning on Sunday, November 12th for an additional $65. This is a separate event that must be registered for on gsEvents.

Archery Certification: More information on this training will be posted on the Events website soon. This is a separate fee and you do not have to attend FVC to take these classes.
