GRIT Practice

G.R.I.T. practice sessions are for girls who have progressed past Intro and Marksmanship. You will learn more about how to use the rifle, how to improve your accuracy through shooting position form and how to work within a team.Must be a member of G.R.I.T to participate.

Girls must register and pay the additional special interest group annual dues as well as the monthly participation registration for G.R.I.T. practice or new member sessions. Girls who aren't sure about joining the special interest group may join us for Introduction to Rifle and Rifle Marksmanship without the commitment to G.R.I.T.

Note: Girls must be 12 or older to participate in GRIT.

Drop-off and Supervision: This is a drop-off event, adults do not need to register. Any adults that wish to stay may be asked to wait in an alternate location (Girl Scout ratio will be met by facilitators).

Adult Requirements: Adults who wish to help facilitate can sign up through this registration. This event requires active adult participation, all adults must have a current membership, background check and have completed Youth Protection Training Level 1.

Tagalongs: No tagalongs are allowed at this event.
