Calling all Daisies! This event is a terrific opportunity for our registered Daisies to make new friends, explore a Girl Scout camp for the first time, and discover Girl Scout traditions. The day will include outdoor activities, crafts, songs, games, and a little spooky fun along the way, all in a welcoming environment designed to help girls connect and feel confident as Girl Scouts. Costumes are encouraged to celebrate Halloween and Juliette Low's birthday, and it has even been rumored she may stop by for a special appearance! A Daisy Day fun patch and gift will be included for all registered girls. Troops must follow the girl/adult ratio. No tagalongs please.
Note: Girls should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles. Dress for the weather and wear camp-appropriate clothing. Costumes are encouraged, provided they are suitable for outdoor activities and do not interfere with participation or safety. This is an indoor/outdoor event.
Location: Camp Misty Meadow Ranch
Drop-off and Supervision: This is NOT a drop-off event; Girl Scout ratio of adults are required to attend and must register.
Adult Requirements: Adult space is limited. Please only register the required minimum number of adults per Girl Scout ratio in Volunteer Essentials. Any adults supervising girls outside of their family must have a current membership and background check. This is an event at camp; a camp-trained adult is provided by the facilitators. A GSSJC-approved First Aid adult is provided by the facilitators.
Tagalongs: No tagalongs are allowed at this event.
