It's time to build the future! Designed especially for
curious and courageous Girl Scout Cadettes, this exciting program
takes girls on a journey through the world of robotics and
engineering. Over five action-packed sessions, you'll explore what
makes a robot "think," learn to block programming, and
design your own invention inspired by NASA's cutting-edge machines.
From building circuits and sensors to sketching, prototyping, and
iterating, you'll tackle real-world problems and bring your boldest
ideas to life. You'll also experience behind-the-scenes NASA Tram
Tours, visiting areas where engineers and astronauts train, and
seeing robotics technology in action. Work in teams, test your
creations, and prepare to showcase your robot to peers, families,
and the community in a finale that celebrates creativity and
engineering. By the end, you won't just know how robots work -
you'll have built one that's entirely your own!
