Supporting troop leaders is an essential role of Community service teams. Mentoring Days are ideal for mentor team leads, troop mentors, the Café Team and anyone who will be involved in providing ongoing training and support to both new and seasoned leaders.
Explores the different mentoring models and helps you assess which one will be the most effective in your Community.
