In this inspiring workshop, girls will explore how mindfulness can
help them feel more calm, focused, and in control of their emotions.
Through simple yet powerful tools-like breathwork, gentle movement,
and sensory awareness-they'll learn how to respond to stress with more
patience, kindness, and confidence. The experience includes hands-on
mindfulness activities and ends with a relaxing sound bowl meditation.
The soothing vibrations help calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and
leave the girls feeling grounded and recharged-all through the power
of mindfulness.

Drop-off and Supervision: This is NOT a drop-off
event; Girl Scout ratio of adults are required to attend. Additional
adults may be asked to wait in an alternate location.
Adult Requirements: Any adults supervising girls
outside of their family must have a current membership and background check.
Tagalongs: No tagalongs are allowed at this event.
