Thank you for everything you do as a Girl Scout volunteer to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place! Our mission certainly would not be possible without your efforts and those of countless others across the nation working to provide girls with the unique Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
With the goal of providing more effective support to your volunteer role, Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council is providing you with access to Looker, our online membership and participation reporting tool. Volunteers serving on Community Leadership Teams and/or as Community volunteers will be provided access to Looker. Looker will replace previous systems for sharing rosters, so you can take advantage of having the information when you need it.
This video from GSUSA includes a review of how to log in, basic navigation, and review of the latest reporting available for volunteers

In addition to the video, you also have access to the printed materials provided in your Welcome to Looker email from Customer Service. The Looker Volunteer Reference Guide includes the following:
· Looker Reference Guide (pages 1-2)
· Navigating Looker Dashboards (pages 3-12)
· Logging In/Resetting your Looker Password (13-17)
Your CEM and VEM will be your primary support system as you get comfortable with this new format. If you need further help, please contact our council’s customer care team at customerservice@sjgs.org to connect with the best support resource. We hope you enjoy Looker and that this tool enables your volunteer experience to be easier, more fun and helps you to deliver the best Girl Scout experience to even more girls and adults in our community!
