The GSSJC Volunteer Hub App is here! Where can I find it to download?
The app is available for both Apple and Google products on their respective app stores. (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). You can search for "GSSJC Volunteer Hub" to find the app for download.

Great news! No need to create a new login for this app. You will login using the same email and password as your myGS account.
Meet your Homepage
Here's a summary of the features available on the GSSJC Volunteer Hub App homepage:
Expandable Navigation Menu: Located in the top left corner, this menu allows users to easily navigate to other pages within the app.
Featured GSSJC Events and Messaging: At the top of the homepage, you'll find a scrollable header highlighting upcoming council events, reminders (like Camp Registrations), and timely announcements (such as International Day of the Girl Activities). This content updates regularly, so be sure to check it often.
GSSJC Videos: Scroll through featured videos showcasing different aspects of the council. This section will also be updated periodically.
GSSJC News: The homepage news section provides recently published articles about Council activities, automatically updating as new stories are added.
App Navigation Menu
When you click on the three horizontally stacked lines on the top left of your homepage, you will expand your App Navigation.
Here you can select from the following pages:
- Volunteer Service
- Document Hub
- Roles

- Events
You can also log out of the app by clicking the green Logout button at the bottom of this menu.
Volunteer Service
Want to keep track of your Volunteer information and service? Keep it up to date in this portion of the app!
Here you can update your personal service record in the following categories:
Volunteer Info: This section includes personal information such as name, address, phone numer, region, and community.
Membership Numerals: How long have you been a member of GSSJC? You can track your years of council membership here
Years of Service: We LOVE our volunteers!! Here you can track how many years you have volunteered with GSSJC.
Council Awards: Have you recieved any Council awards as a GSSJC Volunteer? Add these to your Volunteer Service profile here (and congratulations!)
Community Awards: Have you received an award from your Community? Add this to your profile here.
Region Awards: Have you received an award from your Region? Add this to your profile here.
Service with Girl Scouts: Have you been a Girl Scout volunteer outside of GSSJC? Add your overall Girl Scout service here.
Service Beyond Girl Scouts: Perhaps you volunteered with Girl Guides overseas? You can input any service beyond GSUSA in this section.
Volunteer Service Training
Document Hub
The Document Hub is designed for troop leaders to easily upload, send, and collect digital forms for troop activities
- Individual Forms and Form Collections: Leaders can send individual forms or create a “Collection” of forms tailored to specific activities. Commonly used forms—such as Adult, Product Sales, and Troop forms—are embedded in the app for easy access.
- Assigning Forms: Leaders can select which members of the troop need to complete each form, then send a unique link to parents through text, email, or other convenient methods.
- Parent Completion: Parents receive a link to complete and digitally sign the forms. Some forms are already pre-filled by the troop leader and just need to be completed and signed! This process is quick and user-friendly.
- Progress Tracking: Troop leaders receive updates on completed forms, so they can easily track which forms have been signed, making preparation for troop activities seamless.
The Document Hub simplifies administrative tasks, so leaders can focus on planning adventures!

Here is our Roles page, where you can see all of your roles declared with GSSJC.
Under each listed role, you can expand this menu to view your training progress and completion for each role. This will help you keep track of any needed trainings for your particular role.
We also include some great videos about different GSSJC Volunteer Roles, and a section on the bottom if you are interested in exploring additional volunteer opportunities.
Troops
Here is your Troop Page!
On this page, you can view which troops are you affiliated with.
You can click on your troop name to expand to view information such as:
- How many adults?
- How many Girls?
- How many Troop Cookie Managers?
- How many Troop Leaders?
This can help you see gaps in key volunteer roles that need to be filled.
You can also find your Community's Volunteer Experience Manager contact information here if you have questions or need assistance.

Want to easily search for events on-the-go? Here is the page for you, the Events page!
On this page are all of the GSSJC events available for registration. Can can scroll through these events chronologically or use the Advanced Search Filter to narrow it down.
In the Advanced Search filter, you can search by typing in specific keyworkds, by date, program level, or even category of event topic.
